説明

テーマの目次機能だと記事先頭に出力されてしまうけど、概要の後に出力したい。github-markdown-tocでMarkdown文書に目次を出力できるので、記事執筆手順に追加するとともに、全記事の目次を再生成する。

コマンドと手動で目次をペーストするべきではない。mdからhtmlの生成処理の中で目次も生成すべき。
